    Negative Outlook

I worked at Coffee Day Beverages full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Salary on Time, FMCG Experience, Good Brand name to work with

    Cons

    1) Unrealistic Targets are given. 2) Even in the night at 12.00 hours your boss will call you to make your life hell 3) No work life balance 4) 2 years contract with indemnity of 150000 to pay but situation will be such that you yourself will leave the job and leave your's/ your family's hard earned income 5) Even if you take pullouts on time your bosses will never accept it if you miss your numbers and distributor gets to pay the extra rental which he doesnt receive from client which will spoil your relations with your distributor coz ASM/RSM are not locally present but TSM are made as sandwich between both 6) HR is just a sidekick of the Management with no powers. They are just a postman who transfers the information from here to there. 7) stress can deteriorite your health 8) They lack the knowledge of the Market and thus they keep on rising prices keeping quality the same. 9) If you lack a bit in your numbers it would be looked as you are a criminal who has either murdered or raped someone
