Pros

There is nothing good to talk about.

Cons

Growth Restriction: The company has restricted usage of google, wikipedia, Linkedin, or any growth website to ensure you don't spend time learning knowledgeable things when inside office. Mobile is restricted inside office which ensures employees dont attend any other interview calls because they will be inside office from 10 to 8 and before or after such time generally no interviewer will call you. Micro Management: The Senior management and the managers are so self centered they work only for their privilege and are not bothered about employee benefits or their welfare. Some managers purposefully takes leave on Friday and Monday and if the same is requested by their subordinates they will call you unprofessional and they will deny the request. There is a sentence "No action is taken against employees who reports in good faith of the company". But here if you report anything wrong to the management the management will ensure you dont get bonus and you get the badest of the treatment. Disrespect of sharing knowledge and adding values: The company is more into ctrl+ C and Ctrl+v kind of work environment. If a knowledgeable person joins the organisation and ask them like why are we doing this or even say them a easier way. The management will be like dont teach us what needs to be done. Please follow Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V. No leave encashment. Management ensures your relieving letter does not reaches you if you leave their organsiation without their will. No leave between Jan mid to Apr mid: The company does not entertain any leave between Jan mid to Apr mid because it s their busy season. When I say no leave means no leave let it be at the saddest of the scenario. You will have to work 24*7 (including sat and sun) during the said period. Additional working hours - you will have to stretch more than 11 hours in a day during their busy season and if you fail to adhere the same your bonus will be cancelled. Also to get lunch you will have to charge minimum 11 hours orelse management wont be providing you lunch.
