Compensation is one of the top in the industry. 4. Employee benefits are good 5. The level of design discussions that we get to participate into gives incomparable learnings. 6. Work from anywhere policy. 7. I have interacted with very helpful people from HR, Finance, IT, DevOps etc. Amazing team.

We don't have NPS policy which can help us save good amount in tax. Other than this I love everything about the company.
