Beautiful Offices to work out from. Chilled out staff & managers to work with Perfect work & life balance Sat - Sun Off + all govt holidays. Ample of extra privileged leaves 6 monthly bonus Market standard or more value of salary Medical for Family Continues trainings for all levels Weekly interaction with the whole team - games / snacks etc. Working 3 days a week from office & 2 days from home. Flexible work timings

Now will be working 5 days from office In & out time is now being monitored. Finance process is poor - too many approvals for an approved PO. Outings for Sr team members only..juniors are left behind like all other companies..we thought coindcx will be different. Over expense made on things which are not useful, but small expenses are monitored with a magnifying glass.

Pros
The best part of being a Software Developer at CoinDCX is that you are given complete independence and you can explore and choose whatever approach you find suitable and best. The leads and architects are super friendly and they try to understand your approach and then maybe guide you to a better option or go with the one that you came up with. The second best thing that I like at CoinDCX is that being a new joinee in an organization can be overwhelming at times but people at CoinDCX especially your leads will give you ample amount of time to get started and know the system and the processes and I personally feel my onboarding was really smooth. So Kudos to you guys on that!!

1. Kind and helpful people throughout the company and not just one specific team. 2. Highly approachable HR and Higher Management. 3. High opportunities to learn and grow your skillsets. 4. The work culture and people are the strength at CoinDCX. 5. HR Policies are highly employee oriented.

You get to learn many new things here in every step from Technology to work culture etc. CoinDCX provide many platforms to skill up their employees like Udemy, LinkedIn learning etc.
