      Pros

      - Lots of perks (Free Lunches, Christmas Bonus, Etc...) - Decent 401K match (4.5%) - Relatively lax culture (Don't micromanage, and force you to push products non-stop)

      Cons

Have to work in customer service, will have incredibly rude customers and you just have to accept it. Especially if they have money.
