Vehicles are new You get cell phone to do reports
Cons
You'll get attacked buy homeless and then if your excited and make a mistake manager will write you up. Lack of support or proper training in most sites. You pretty much have to train yourself. Co workers can be nice but some can be very un helpful and not try to help you out and make more trouble then not.

Good sites with good and understanding property managements. Better wages and working conditions. Can pick up extra shifts on app, great for part-timers.
Cons
Uniform isn't the greatest and doesn't fit well compared to other companies. Site locations can be hard to reach if you don't drive.

5 May 2023 - School Crossing Guard in Stratford, ONRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The coordinator for my role is quick to communicate and respond to questions and availability. The pay is fair and accurate. The hours are sustainable and the children and parents are kind.
Cons
While the hours are fair for the job type they would not be enough to sustain someone without other income sources. The communication from upper management to the coordinator can be slow.

Minimum $20 an hour should be paid to staffs cost of living is high
4 Oct 2022 - Front Desk Agent in Ottawa, ONRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Flexibility and pretty chilled organization to work
Cons
It’s good company to Work for but the Low wages is not cutting it anymore for people things are getting so expensive inflation etc the company need to pay minimum $20 an hour considering you work in govt building with loads of secret level checks training first aid etc done for each employee and the employee are protecting govt asset the company is trusted and well know no need to low ball on contract no company can compete or provide as much officers or staff in Canada like commissioner so charging the govt a little bit more to be able to pay staffs at least $20 an hour is not a big deal considering inflation that’s why a lot of people are leaving commissioner because can you imagine if McDonald’s is now paying $20 and more an hour yet a job where you are wearing uniform looking all professionals in govt building and you are always the frontline protecting building asset an govt workers yet they paying $15-$17.50 😏 with no significant growth opportunity max you can grow is supervision capt etc which is a dollar more and so much work load that’s why they struggle to staff most building people leaving and the old folks are retiring
