Worst organization with politics and worst leaders - Never recommend to join

They would offer you good salary so that they can make you slave as now your salary is above the market average and you can't move out easily. Don't have proper policies, if you raise any concern, the new policy would be there to put you in trap. If you are good in licking your manager's feet, organization is yours else they would put you in PIP to enforce to resign. India management works like slave to sydney management and don't have courage to present any ideas. they just follow the orders Good with gang culture, if you can make your place in management gang. Your life is set else you would be out soon. HR is only puppet of management. Management is very good in destroying the team culture and work life balance.
Cons
Process not streamlined. Less experienced managers they only do politics, gang culture and toxic environment. 20 % variable pay and you will not receive half for sure. Management won’t be with-you even if you are correct. Senior leaders need to be more aware of the work culture below middle management - Less experienced middle managers - Delivery management and Product people - Lots of politics and favoritism culture in Bangalore's team. - False promises by middle management, many core members of the technical teams left CBA due to politics and bad culture in CBA India

Every year they will say we are planning for it. Just to give some hope.lack of recognition especially in database team.Manager won’t be with-you even you are correct. He or She will be busy only finding your fault.

- Learn new tech and bank is undergoing huge transformation with support from technology hub in Bengaluru office
Cons
- Senior leaders need to be more aware of the work culture below middle management - Less experienced middle managers - Delivery management and Product people - Lots of politics and favoritism culture in Bangalore's team, Payments Technology or PSU - Definitely need more genuinely experienced leaders. As CBA is a great workplace, I have friends working in CBA Sydney and its an awesome workplace in all aspects. - False promises by middle management, many core members of the technical teams left CBA due to politics and bad culture in Payments Tech teams in CBA India

My review is not that good with CBA , which I expected.

Many activities are there , which enhances employee engagement.
Cons
No major learnings, they are using their old syntax for doing things and management is worst . People will be doing micro management. You will not be able to learn much as most of the work they will give is for Book keeping. What I feel is CBA India is not good ,but for other countries it's good. And in CBA India too if you are lucky you will get a good team.
