Great for getting into customer support

A good company to get your foot in the door in the customer service field. The work environment is very friendly and caters to its workers. Great for young people getting into office work.
Cons
The salary could have been better no raises for most of the workers in x amount of years.

17 Dec 2019 - Escalation Specialist in Norcross, GARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
General employment. You're glad you're employed. You meet various others with diverse backgrounds and from other countries.
Cons
No raises unless you change position and even then you may still be waiting for increase.

Pros
Good first time job for the IT field
Cons
No raises, low pay for field, and terrible turnover rate.
Continue readingI am sorry you feel like our company is good for a start only. In CGS we have many examples of employees that are many years with the company (5,10,15,20 years). Employees who started in entry level positions and are now in leading managerial positions. I’d love to talk with you about specific issues you are seeing for yourself as I believe that feedback would be valuable for me to hear directly and help address. If you would be willing to reach out to me directly I would appreciate it. Tali Rabin, SVP HR

19 May 2017 - Phone Support Representative in Edison, NJRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
nice coworkers, offer meals on snow days, holidays, easy to get to in business center in nj, office space is usually clean
Cons
they dont follow up on their promises, no employee reviews, no raises ever, expensive health insurance, offer 401k but nobody can afford it since they dont give raises, corporate never comes there, they dont take care of the people who make them succesful, unpleasant supervisors, virtually nobody gets promoted or advances, not giving raises is the worst though, makes you feel worthless and no incentive to work harder, terrible experience

Pros
Work with the hours you request
Cons
11.00 hourly No overtime, No Benefits and No raises
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
You get paid enough to eat a Burger King once every two weeks
Cons
Worked for three years, no raises, no chance of raises, management that was prompted and brought department to department after their drove contracts away. Worked overnight, quite literally counted as less than half a person. I was on a half dozen contracts, each one stating that I couldn't be on another. - Received calls on my main contract by incompetent second level of one of the smaller contracts that couldn't be bothered to do their job without us calling them a dozen times, and then yelled at us for telling them they had work waiting. - Lies from upper management - Training consists of: "Hey, welcome to the company. Here is how not to harass women (don't talk to them, near them, about them, or in the building). Right, go out on that floor and make us proud." - seems they had a few harassment issues at some place, I can only assume. - This is the place were techs either go because times are REALLY hard and they need a few bucks to pay a (singular) bill between real jobs, or they go to die. - Avoid this place, avoid this place like your life literally depends on it!
