For a company that makes communications equipment they don’t communicate well with the employees. Managers are out for themselves only and are very passive and don’t know how to deal with conflict.

Little oversight, so not a lot of opportunities for your work to shine. It is up to you to communicate your progress. When they hired me they let go of my manager a year in and never replaced him. Money is hard to come by there.

Boy club. If you are not in the club then they make your life hell.
