    Pros

Great for the terminal you hired in at.

    Cons

When you transfer to another terminal, you should not be able to transfer back with full seniority.

Good job to get home daily without sacrificing pay

    Pros

Steady work, only work dock in evening until more seniority is achieved. If you hang in there it gets easier.

    Cons

Some freight is nearly impossible to unload alone and it's our job to get it off the trailer. back breaking!

    Pros

Weekly pay was nice but mileage fluctuated badly. The trucks broke down every third drop.

    Cons

corporately soulless, it took 3 weeks to route me to a dentist, I had to use gasoline as mouthwash to function. Just so the company could get every mile out of me I was 24/7 scale of 10 pain. At DR I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted. Its a good thing my D.O.T. physical was don't at same time at another location. Mine was expired or else routing might of taken longer.

    Pros

Mon thru Friday schedule . average benefits like other companies . Top pay rate is decent. Life work balance is ok. No forced dispatch lately in adverse weather conditions

    Cons

You have to fight to make your time. If you're new you might not work every day and can be on call for several years without a steady schedule. New management new owner got into the business without knowing what they got into. A lot of people have second jobs because the money here is not great.

    Pros

hourly was very good at 19.17/hr and the work itself was easy enough. Customers and co-workers were easy to get along with as well.

    Cons

no overtime pay until you reached 50 hours. Half of the work day (evening) was spent moving freight on the dock. also, the days were any were from 12 to 16 hours.

    Pros

started in XIN (Indianapolis) (great place to work at) transferred to XAU aurora il and XLA lasalle il. the longer the run the more money. if lower in seniority may not get the longer better paying runs. lower in seniority also means you get the last loads out. if you stick it out long enough you will move up depending on the drivers ahead of you. The pay is decent.

    Cons

Loads are not always ready when they call you in for a start time. you had to call in every night for a lineup and sometimes you get called in at 9 and wont get you loads until 10 or 11 at night making you sit there for 1-3 hours. long hours, the hours varied on runs, loads, break downs of other drivers. longer runs with lower seniority often left new drivers pushing the limit of the 14 or 16 hour rule. loaded your own trailer making it a long stressful night when long freight came down the dock and you are on your last trailer and its 3/4 full
