    Pros

Company car, service, reputatuion as an industry leader. Good proving ground to learn about the LTL industry. The management team will step on each other to get ahead.

    Cons

No promotions, too many take aways (401 k, salary, senior leadership secret handshakes). The leadership team is not very decisive about the direction of the company.

    Pros

offers tremendous growth opportunity, promotes from within in a great deal of cases, ability to work in locations all over the country. wage package is relatively competitive and the fringe benefits are pretty strong. Culture is generally pretty good. Your experience of course will be relative to who you report too.

    Cons

Hours can be long at times, its a lean company and if someone in management is out for any period of time you will be covering their shift as well. Training can sometimes be haphazard and there can be a tendency to throw people to the wolves. Their is rarely someone waiting in the wings that is ready so transitions can be problematic.
