    Pros

pay at time, bonus at time

    Cons

unethical pressure at work, hire and fire policy, cheap people, data analysis is based on employee fake reports, nothing based on ground reality,Sr managers come to market and firing on front liners inspite to give him tips for improvement ,distributer dumped with stocks, very much politics between employees, promotion only those employees who do buttering of bosses and many more

    Advice to Management

make the analysis on reality, come to field and see whats going on

I worked at Conagra Brands full-time

    Pros

Good benefits. Worked with great people.

    Cons

Since new Senior leadership came aboard, everything became so unknown. Change is good, but so many changes can be detrimental to employee morale.

    Advice to Management

Instead of going backwards try going forwards. For example....why would a company take a huge leap forward with other companies, as far as employee rating system, and go try a discussion system. Then go archaic backwards to a grading system. Just don't get it, when companies are going towards no evals.

I have been working at Conagra Brands full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great pay/benefits and the ability to move laterally in the organization. CAG is trying to be tech-savvy which is a pro (but there are a lot of bottlenecks in successfully achieving/implementing change)

    Cons

No flexibility to work remotely, very old school in processes, difficult to change behavior in the existing sales team, lacks corporate culture

    Advice to Management

The most productive way to attract young talent who will stay committed is to provide a more flexible work environment where you are not confined to one desk. This will also build trust amongst the teams. Encourage those new to the organization to have a voice and offer up fresh ideas while you actively listen and hopefully consider. We are dedicated individuals.
