I worked at Conagra Brands full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Opportunity, employee engagement and improvement opportunities everyday.

Lack of salary engagement, operating in silos at times and lack of clear communication at times.

    Advice to Management

    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Conagra Brands full-time

    Pros

Often in an interview I'm asked where was the best place to work and why. The ConAgra Red Meats Division (prior to 2014) was the best technical team I ever worked with in my entire career, awesome guys!

    Cons

Rough work environment, be ready for blood and smell, literally.

    Advice to Management

Remember when I tried to convince you SNA would not take over TCP/IP for the internet - let creativity reign in the workplace. This team did it and you know it.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Conagra Brands full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Salary is high based on industry. Systems are stable and the implementation of robotics is impressive. Product improvements are occurring rapidly.

    Cons

Everything is being outsourced and the company cares less and less about employees. Benefits are decreasing each year. Management is more focused on who can shmooze their way to the top instead of business results.

    Advice to Management

Be real. Focus on the big picture. Sometimes the personality of a person should be outweighed by knowledge. Bias is running rampant and hurting business results. Your "friends " may not be the best fits
