Pros

Decent benefits but unclear policies

Cons

micromanaging from every level from top down; culture of distrust; employee opinion and feedback not valued; CEO spies on everyone in the new open office environment; all the good hardworking people that made a difference are gone or on the way out; poor management; culture of have and have nots with executives mattering over everyone else; culture of old boys club; lack of representation of women and minority groups in upper management roles (most women in manager positions are white and blond); culture of not doing what they say they will from management and CEO

Pros

Decent Salary and excellent benefits

Cons

Vice President and some property managers rarely communicate therefore resulting in problems which unfairly get dumped on managers at the site level. Certain property managers are incompetent and instead of being accountable for their mistakes they choose to blame others. Clicks in management which will remind you of high school.

Don't Walk the Talk.

Pros

Some good people at the middle management level. Good benefits package. Might be good for accountants?

Cons

The senior executive team are terrible. They talk a big game, but are extremely inefficient, get nothing done, and get caught in the weeds. Get used to micro-management if you work here. They talk about being different, and leading with values, but they are frankly worse than other real-estate companies I have worked for. The silos are definitely worse. The relationship between Development, Construction and Sales is broken. The relationship between investments and the rest of the organisation is toxic. There is a lack of accountability that runs through the organisation, and starts at the top. Their motto of a "people first future" only applies to some people.
