Everything about the company. Makes you lazy and the top 4 control the whole Green Business Centre. After I came out of the company, I understood how bad the practices were in the company.

They cheat funding agency by inflating manhours spent on projects Senior management will travel from project budget meant for other work. No guidance No expertise in any work, just regurgigating what industry ceo speaks No fixed structure on salary. Anyone can get anything and people who speak honestly are not liked

The company is so outdated that they do not know there is a platform called glassdoor!!!
28 Aug 2020 - Senior Counsellor in HyderābādRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
False sense of working in a premier industry association.
Cons
1) No HR. People with HR titles are only for clearing medical bills. So basically no HR. I know some sensitive complaints just brushed under the carpet because the whole set up is controlled by few powerful people 2) Only people in the top grows. Both financially and designation wise. Others write reviews in glassdoor 3) No systems in place. Rules are randomly put in place by few powerful people on top. So it keeps changing. 4) Appraisal system is a joke. People close to manager gets the highest 5) Outdated is an understatement. The top management is so backwards that they made all employees to write on a piece of paper about what they will do for CII!!! Somebody please remind them that it is 2020. 6) You might have heard about hierarchy. The word loses it's meaning in CII. Imagine being in a company where employees cannot send mail to the CEO (Director General in CII's case) 7) Outside hires are paid more than existing employees. Higher grade and promotion too. Oh I forgot, there is no HR. But CII does HR conference every year. What an irony.
