1. Its a federation run by Bengalis 2. No Growth office politics 3. Senior management behaviour is very rude toward junior employees 4. Basic nature of job is telly calling asking companies for sponsorship for event 5. No salary hike or growth for the junior staff 6. They hire young people from corporate and exploits them for calling for events 7. All perks and facilities are for seniors management 8. HoDs/ senior mangers are involved in corrupt practices through vendors 9. They misuse govt fund 10 Employees giving massage to bosses and take care of their breakfast lunch for survival. 11 senior staff are less educated abuse staff 12 No work life balance need to work on Saturday and Sunday without any comp off

There are no pros. The job won't even match the JD they showed you at the time of hiring. They will literally tell you that they are working just to generate enough money to pay their salaries. You will be sent begging for funds from all their member companies to organise useless events that are just held to justify the existence of the org.

Bunch of blood sucking parasites who doesn't let employee work peacefully. Upper management always seek for more profit more sponsorship that will ruin your work life balance. No career growth, employees will end up doing the same work for years after years. In-house politics amongst upper management. No desk job. No fixed working hrs, may have to work even on weekends if required. No good salary appraisal.
