1.It is an event management company 2.Unachievable targets given to the employees in terms of raising money from markets 3.Horrible work environment. Micro management. Middle management doesn't work except Gossiping . 4. No work life balance , You may receive calls for work late at nights even on Sundays. And it is expected from you that you have to be available 24/7 5.No proper HR. 6. Over time on Saturdays, but don't expect any payments for that. Leaving office on time is looking as crime here. 7.No or little hikes. People can be in same positions for years without any promotions. 8.People working for 25years or one year will be given same targets .No proper policy of evaluation. 9. Huge problem of communications with managers. No body have clear idea of work to be done 10.Very bad behavior of Managers

No work life balance, Very Bureaucratic, No focus on employee growth. Irrespective of your expertise & strength everyone from accounts staff to research team is expected to earn revenue.

Pros

You will get the highest exposure in the indian industry. You get to come in contact with the top notches and visionaries of the country if you are smart and lucky enough you can leverage that for your career growth. Otherwise staying in CII is not good for your personal growth.
