I worked at Consulate Health Care full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

When I first started, the facility staff were great and everyone worked as a team.

    Cons

-Several pieces of equipment that were 20+ years old, including residential beds that parts were unavailable for to fix. Facility still has manual crank beds (No facility in this day and age should have crank beds)! -Not paying vendors / suppliers. Losing great assets because of this. Trouble getting new vendors to come to facility because of knowing the company's name and history of not paying. -Corp. Not wanting to listen to staff at facility level, who have issues within the facility, that they should be able to help with. Employees do not matter!
