1.When you are in CAP 1 or 2 they will kick you out without any pre notice. 2.If you are good, friendly with managements then you will grow quickly (IJP) no matter how less experience you have. 3.Even if your in Night shift and work is done before log off still they will ask us to do OT. If asked the reason, then they will say its a process requirement. 4.Salary hike is very less.
