    Commitment to employee development and improvement. Interesting projects. Friendly, supportive, and engaged staff. Access to Cornell resources. Flexible scheduling.

    Cons

    Fast pace and high expectations. Requirement to speak to difficult respondents (cold calling). Little opportunity for advancement.

    Flexible working environment, good guidance from the professor, learning many different techniques, and involvement in many different aspects of research.

    Cons

    It can be overwhelming sometimes trying to work on your research project while helping undergraduates with theirs.
