      No longer working here, thank god.

      Cons

      Run by a wannabe CEO who cannot delegate, poisons company culture, etc. etc. He surrounded himself with young minions who don't know what it is like to work for a real company but once they reach adulthood they all run.

      Not a real job title from the beginning. Forced traineeship, even if you apply for other positions Super low salary Performance based on exams (Like school type) and not work (Reflected in your "bonus") No bonus for the first year No personal or professional development plans No leadership You will need to repay if you leave them in less than 3 years Clauses for work (you will be charged if you moved to another company within 6 months)
