Just responding to some of the response employees have written 1. Flexible walk in time - Are you kidding me ? once there was a rule, if you step after 10 am it will be treated as half day. 2. Have work life balance - lol Ask the developers, how many of them see sunset in there office days? 3. Transparent policies - You must be joking, Isn't it ? there are two policies one for people around CEO, another for rest of all. 4. Senior management always open for communication - they are just puppet of CEO If you wanna tell something to CEO which you are not comfortable talking to him, just tell management people and say "don't tell Sameer (CEO) | you are done" 5. The CEO has not lost touch with its employees of any level - Dude there is difference between been in touch and micromanaging things 6. Office politics and ego stay out of the office doors - Are you working at CD, you sure ? PS:- Please don't make people to write good reviews about you even if they don't feel like that. It started around feb, CouponDunia realised that the they need good ratings on glassdoor to attract talent. So they started sending requests to employees write good about them. At a time they send request to very few people and pursue them to write something. Since they have asked very few to write review, so even anonymous cant help a person and they have to write down kind words even if they don't wanna.

I'm one of the longest retained employee here. I've seen the company grow from just 4 to 100 in a span of 2 years. The team is young and energetic. The mean age should be about 26. Very talented bunch, and aren't afraid to work their heart out when necessary. The products have matured very well, and there are many more exciting stuff on the horizon. If you're looking to join CouponDunia, I'd highly recommend you to. This is definitely one of the best places you'd have worked yet. And of course, there will always be loads to learn.

I think I'd list them out in bullet points, for better clarity: * HR policies are hardly well defined. Plus, the CEO has a tendency to change them a bit too frequently. It could be because everyone is still learning how to manage a company that has grown really quick. But I am not sure if I should give that benefit of doubt. * CEO has had a habit of micro-managing stuff. Lately he's been better on that front and have been giving people a free hand in many stuff, but I just hope it's not just a phase. * There are only 19 paid leaves in the whole year. I'm not sure if that's the industry norm. * Recently, quite a few employees have been forced to sign a new contract, increasing their notice period. This hadn't happened to not just new employees, but also to those who have already been working for over 2 years. Apparently, they're trying to address attrition by this method.

No Pros here only fake promising from management team. I can't find a way to reply on CEO on my previous post "Never Joined here, You dont know which evening you get fired." I am replying here. I have lot of evidence by using that I can proof that I not fired due to poor performance.

Respected CEO Sir, You mentioned that "Everyone has a right to their opinion. In this case it does seem like someone who was fired due to poor performance is disgruntled. " Sir you people select me after 5 round of discussion and if my performance is poor then what about your hiring process (Skill test, 3 F2F discussion and coding test). Sir right now I am working on a too much big organization and I was best performer for year 2016-2017. Sir, Please come Bangalore office regularly basis then you know all the truth. Still I remember your email to all employee to provide the best review on Glassdoor. Sir I was join Coupondunia only on the basis of Glassdoor review. Otherwise I had 4-5 offers on that time. Sorry to say but Coupondunia play with emotions of Employee. Also, When I was fired HR people promise me to provide 2 months of salary, But I got job offer in 20 days and you people only give salary for 20 days not for 2 month. I know too many fired employee with me who can prove all the above was true.

Considering how strenuously you argue the reasons for your firing, it seems like you are embarrassed. But you shouldn't be. Sometimes things just don't work out between two parties. Somebody might be a great fit at one company but a bad fit at another. It doesn't mean you aren't necessarily smart. It doesn't mean you can't necessarily be a star performer in another company. But unfortunately that was not the case at CouponDunia and therefore we took the decision we had to take. Again, I'm really glad you've moved onto a place where you're excelling. Congrats! To others reading: we very much take seriously hiring and firing decisions. We understand the impact being fired can have on a person's career. It's only done in extreme scenarios and not something we take lightly. I also want to very strongly deny we have ever pressured employees to write positive reviews about us on Glassdoor. There was an email where we asked people to write reviews so that potential candidates have more reviews to read from, but there is no pressure to write positive reviews. Reviews are anyway of course anonymous. If people have positive experiences they will write positive reviews. And if their experience is negative, they will write negative reviews. It's telling that most of the reviews about CouponDunia are quite positive.

- New to city, with knowledge in Hindi next to nil.. No issues, its the right place to come. - Everyone is easy approachable & newbies could gel with the team without any fuss. - Flat hierarchy and everyone is given the space to speak out their opinions. - Exciting, fun loving & young people to work around with. - Everyone works with the same goal of giving the best product to the people. - Whatever work you do is going to be experienced by millions of people, which will give immense happiness & drive you for more success. Here, should also mention about the library, gaming room, friday evening football, team bondings & lunch, festive celebrations, foods & beverages, etc., But already I have listed a lot of pros. So, enough said :P

- Since the growth of the team is fast phased, think its time to plan to move to a bigger workplace. - Even though there is a gaming room available, it would be nice to have a small indoor games room facility with carom, table tennis, etc., so that people who want to stay back after work & play for some time could benefit.
