I’ve worked at other companies and CoxReps truly puts their people first. Great leaderships, focus on DE&I, receptive to feedback and suggestions on improvement, dedication to clients and customer service.

Normal challenges companies face during pandemic- which have gone surprisingly well!

Everyone supports one another and always lends a hand to help. The culture is strong, and the executive leadership team's door is always open and very caring. The leadership team is not the kind that doesn't bother to not know - they do - they care and concern themselves with the who what when where and how. The managers and leaders concern themselves with all matters of the business and their people to be available, to help, to care, and to invest.
