RecommendsNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Coyote Logistics full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Relaxed work environment, young people, very flexible with job mobility, nice office, good experience, GREAT first job/starting point
Cons
The hours, the work is very repetitive, the promotions are nearly meritless, the operations floor is a dead-end for a lot of people in terms of salary, pay disparity between upper management is pretty hard to rationalize, you can work extremely hard and go unnoticed if you're not privy to office politics (there is a SERIOUS issue with talent acquisition in my opinion), the HR department is bears a shocking resemblance to a sorority... I actually almost quit during training because I was very turned off by the lack of professionalism and level of illegitimacy demonstrated throughout that department.

Pros
Very casual work environment, good entry-level salary and good benefits. Fair opportunities for growth and bonuses if you are willing to work for it.
Cons
Sometimes feels like a fraternity where people play favorites. I worked under a manager that was not an effective leader, but he worked at the company for a few years and was close with the higher-ups, so he was promoted over someone who was more deserving.

Amazing work environment, great people training you, lots of guidance and interaction with senior employees, modern office, the best bathrooms I’ve ever used

This was my first internship and I learned more than I could have ever imagined. I feel as pay was good and I don’t have anything negative to say about my summer here.

Doesn't RecommendNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Coyote Logistics full-time for less than a year
Pros
There are some nice people, and you will have tons of fun between the different games and events Coyote provides. Plus, the training is fantastic.
Cons
Literally everything else. The pay is not worth the amount of hours required, especially since you have to work some Saturdays. Upper management does not care about their employees at all on a personal level -- only about your daily numbers. The work environment can seem fun at first, but once you get settled, you realize it isn't great. The expectations they set are ridiculous and that affects the company culture dramatically. All of this leads to an extremely high turnover rate. Coyote seems to think that beer on Fridays and one free meal a month makes this dead-end job worth it, but it surely does not.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Coyote Logistics full-time for less than a year
Pros
Great coworkers and alot of fun outside of work Management nice on a personal level Remote working if necessary
Cons
Held to insane KPIs and call numbers MAJOR FAVORITISM Not a great work environment for women, depending on your manager. Commission structure is insane and base pay is low for how much you're working. 10+ hours a day plus being expected to respond to emails and work on vacation and PTO. Actual job and commission structure not communicated well in the hiring process or training. Even some managers don't know how to explain the commission structure. Many senior reps leave and take advantage of remote working capabilities while leaving very few people to cover the floor Basically an oversized frat house
