      Pros

      50% discount, (down from 70% in previous years). However, products are so expensive you are still paying £8 for a body wash at half price. Nice products.

      Cons

      Low pay for what you are expected to do (I was a key holder, with more responsibility however no extra pay). Hours vary too much. 0 hour contracts can be common. Management do not care what happens as long as you meet targets. If you miss a target in a month, you are made to feel you are to blame.

      Beautiful store, packaging and range of products.

      Cons

      Poor training for store managers (3 days). Lack of support from both corporate office and regional DM. Complication back office systems making for difficult reporting and keeping track of sales, inventory, top sellers,etc. Complicated visual and floor set changes and way too often. Too many shipments all at once with lack of focus on what actually sells in the store. Lack of focus on core products resulting in customer dissastifaction with overall brand. Low pay in urban competitive areas resulting in high turnover.

      Pros

      Great products design and overall very nice shop. They have good offers and the clients are generally respectful and smiley.

      Cons

      The organisation is a mess, staff were very unhappy and scared of the manager. Very negative environment and very low pay. Commissions on perfume sales creates an uncomfortable and tense shop to work at.

      fantastic product. training in 5 star selling will help wherever you go in life. discount not bad.

      very low pay. daily, weekly, monthly goals are insane. No incentive for part time employees to stay.

      Discount on products, time off when needed, pretty place to work and play with beauty products all day

      Cons

      Low pay for service expected from employees, wages don't match local cost of living, mistakes regularly filter down from home office leaving the employees in the stores to clean up the mess or fix mistakes, poor planning from higher-ups

      Pros

      Most products are well made. The product knowledge manual is very helpful when explaining the benefits of usage. The discount is great and the foot traffic is low so you're not stressed like other high volume retailers. These are small boutique like stores with a handful of staff. Request your days off in advance.

      Cons

      Low pay and slow foot traffic so there's not much to do. I worked there part-time evening/weekends for 1 year and we were only busy during the holidays. Upper management set unreasonably high sales goals.
