    Pros

    A really relaxed work environment, that was actually customer focused. The small store team allows for individuals to quickly learn retail skills and take on responsibilities that will to good when searching for new employment.

    Cons

    The company was a mess, little organisation with products being out of stock for months. The customers could be very demanding but not to bad

    I have been working at Crabtree & Evelyn full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    People at this company are great. HR really makes an effort to provide a nice work environment. Best effort is always put forward by employees, great teamwork.

    Cons

    Don’t expect any job security at all, layoffs are quite common. Firing and rehiring for the same position shortly thereafter is also common. Because of this the atmosphere is quite stressful and there is a lot of anxiety in the workplace.

    I have been working at Crabtree & Evelyn part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Flexible hours, wonderful coworkers, clean and safe working environment. Decent pay for a side job (a little under 10/hour). Not physically demanding, which is a huge plus for someone with back issues like me. One of the nicest-smelling places I've ever worked.

    Cons

    When slideshows on new products are sent out, they are often filled with spelling and grammar errors, or are missing pieces. Upper management is not usually responsive when needed, and technology failures are rampant.
