Where do I begin...Management did everything they could to sweep homophobic and racist comments under the rug when complaints were brought to HR. I was constantly being told that how I felt about a situation wasn't valid and that I should just "let it go" and "relax". When I would bring a complaint about my manager to their manager, I was advised that my manager was an excellent employee and I could learn from them. The manager told an employee that just lost a family member that "while they understood what they were going through, Cranemasters really needed them to work." I reported an uncomfortable political discussion that I experienced with a coworker to HR and they handled it by telling that coworker I reported them which caused nothing but issues because that employee is a "good 'ol boy" that "they'll never fire" because they are best friends with the owner. I really wish I could say that I was making this up. In closing, if you want to work for a "good 'ol boy" company that does not value their employees and does their best to find "legal" ways to fire people, then Cranemasters is the company for you!
