The company is just having cyclone of processes and making no progress in terms of business and any products they are making.
Cons
The company will spend most of his time in tracking time meters and digging into your personal life so that they find something which they can use when you are going to ask for a increament. Appreciation of work is zero. Company moved all his employees to Big Oh notation private limited. Without any notice. Which impacted upon so many careers because they just joined the company 4 5 months ago and now there's a new switch in there resume which will make difficult to find another job. There's no management one person takes control of every matter. Very less experienced team leads. Very slow growing company. Don't have productive work for there employees.

Little good for Freshers as they get to learn a few things, but they put so much pressure on Freshers that their life becomes hell.
Cons
They behave like slaves with employees, timelines are always ultimately short even though client gives plenty of time. Too much unwanted pressure is put on to you when there is no need. Saurabh the CTO keeps showing you that you're worthless, He expect you to finish projects within 1 week. They'll force you too work in extended hours and you'll get no compensation for that. But if you work any less than 8 hours you'll get your salary cut.
