I worked at Creative Artists Agency full-time

    Pros

Loved working with the boss and team that I had, ample opportunities for learning through sheer exposure.

    Cons

Absolute joke of pay, hiring practices will always favor rich and connected, some agents great but others are absolutely abusive with no consequences given to them (assistants just told to come up with coping mechanisms).

I worked at Creative Artists Agency full-time

    Pros

Great networking opportunities if you're looking to get in to the entertainment industry.

    Cons

Specifically in the Corporate Communications department, there is no incentive for growth personally or professionally. The department operates decades behind current industry standards. Leadership within Creative Services and Events departments is a joke.
