The only pro I can speak of for myself was the proximity to my home which allowed me to avoid traffic.

The CEO, Richard Hunter. Anything that one could actually like about the job is prevented by the disgusting, unprofessional behavior and attitude of the CEO. My time there was a living hell. i wish someone could have warned me beforehand.
My paycheck didn't always bounce. I maintained friendships with several of the other unfortunate souls to pass through its doors
Cons
Unrealistic expectations by senior management, low pay and bad benefits, no ACH deposits/constant worry of bounced paycheck, no real direction or vision. Senior management constantly harasses employees as they are trying to perform their job functions.
