When working for Creative Solutions expect to not have any benefits, project direction, guidance or adequate management. Expect to not have your job for more than a year. Expect the owner of the company to look over your shoulder while you're working. Expect there to be down time where there's nothing to do and no direction. Expect to die inside every morning that you wake up and get into you car and go to work at this sad silly little company. Take my advice and don't work here unless your only other option is selling your body on the streets. But then again... That might be a better choice ;).

-The owner is extremely rude and only cares about himself. The employees are ignored and discriminated against, especially women. -No benefits -Low Pay -High Turnover Rate -Poor Communication between all employees -If you talk with the boss in private, soon enough, the whole company will know what was said. Very unprofessional! -The owner is a micro manager. He doesn't trust his employees and is constantly checking up on them to make sure they are doing their job. -The owner wants his employees to "think like an owner." We are NOT the owner. We are NOT there to do YOUR job.
