Pros
Great place to work culturally. People are collaborative, accommodating, friendly, trusting and all around good people. This combo is rare at consulting firms doing work at this high level.
Cons
Internal tools for HR etc can be tricky to use and seem to keep changing - seems more like growing pains and comes with the territory of expanding so quickly. Can also feel disconnected from other offices.

With rapid growth has come some awkward growing pains - I am pleased to see how we have transformed from small and local, to medium and regional, to national and large, and now to global boutique. The leaders strive to maintain meaningful local connections while serving global clients.

Pros
-Personal, tailored culture that takes care of their people. High priority put on work/life balance and prioritizing their personal needs alongside work -Fun and relatable coworkers; I want to hang out with them outside of work -Interesting projects and high-profile clients that let you stretch your skills and specialize in your areas of interest -Not a typical consulting firm feel - I moved from Industry to Consulting and worked with many consulting firms as the client (BCG, Bain, Deloitte, Oliver Wyman). Credera does a great job at identifying legitimate needs of their clients and offers services from strategy to implementation to support. They never force work on clients that they don't actually need -Travel considerations are taken into account; if you want to travel, you can pref that, but if you're wanting to stay in your geography, staffing teams and partners will look for local opportunities for you -Leadership does an outstanding job at seeking to understand your interests, points of struggle, and areas in which you want to develop more. Then they seek out opportunities to help you develop in those areas -Has a great collaborative feel internally; all levels of employees pitch in to train and equip their team members -Well compensated
Cons
-Due to the entrepreneurial nature of this growing company, it can be easy to work over 40 hrs in a week on internal initiatives (40 hours being given to your client), but you can manage that on your own priority list/not signing up for more than you can handle -The promotional structure reflects working on a team, so it can be difficult to fit that mold at all times -Occasionally can be placed on a project with misaligned scope, which can be worked through after project kickoff
