1) Lack of Estimation skills to higher management 2) Due to improper estimations developers has to work on 24/7(No holidays) 3) Compensation, Benefits and Salary's are very less when compared to market 4) No proper planning when the employee is leaving company 5) Politics among higher management

36 leaves per year ( You should be rebel to utilize all of them else you will end up carry forwarding all the leaves to next year ). Free tea/Coffee/biscuit Good hike and promotion only if you nod your head to everything that manager says (also you need to laugh out loudly when he tells you a joke).

Cons

Nowadays they have their own product which is used for all the projects. This product is designed and used only by crimsonLogic so you have ZERO career growth opportunity. Company doesn't believe in smart work. They want those who can work for late hours and give up their personal life. HR (SDC) team really encourages this. Appraisals are based on your relationship with manager, not your work. Head office is located in singapore and development office is in India. So be prepared to be treated like dogs from the singapore employees.
