The only thing that the management is gud at is screwing people's career.

Cons

They pretend as if they are giving a lot of salary, but it is not Those who don't know business are running business All the blame is always on team leader and below but nobody talks about the wrong planning of management People are called to office even on deaths in their families Pregnant ladies were harassed. People are called on their next day of marriage

Unnecessary culture change...

Pros

One of the best places to work before 2018 while it was an employee centric company!

Cons

1. Forcing employees to start coming to office post pandemic by creating unnecessary initiatives like hobbies group. 2. Company making sudden policy changes without considering employee benefits and requirements. e.g. last year company gave incentives however this year changed this policy without even informing employees. 3. Increment cycle changed - was not at all required and which was totally against employee satisfaction. 4. Not sure why probation period is 1 year in IT ????? 5. company simply ignores if any employee speaks facts abt human resource leader....
