-Good for trusting new graduates with important roles -Managers are usually good at balancing employes' schedules while still getting projects completed.

Cons

-Long hours depending on what team you work in -Overtime is often unpredictable -Parking is quite expensive at $100 a month

- Very friendly, family-oriented work environment. - People are respectful, polite, hard-working and genuine. - Management is very down-to-earth, accessible and willing to promote a positive work environment for everyone. - Managers act as mentors, very positive for junior staff to learn and grow. - Flexible work policy implemented post COVID, with hybrid work arrangements. - Culturally diverse work environment, and positive approach to each employee's uniqueness. - I could honestly go on and on about more pros, I'm very happy at the company.

Cons

- Busy seasons may require extra effort from the departments (but on the pro side, that means we are involved in many exciting projects, therefore, very busy)
