Pros
The employees at CrownBio San Diego are great, friendly, and fun to work with. Managers (especially those who are more on the upper end and have clique-like attitudes) are a totally different story. Medical insurance benefits are nice.
Cons
Management has serious issues - there is favoritism and unrealistic goals. Work load is not fair nor is spread out evenly. The management team stays together in their own group and does not interact with other employees. Some are loud in the office and make it feel like a hostile work environment that is not enjoyable to be in. Others keep to themselves, which actually make them seem unapproachable at times. When you do reach out, they don't lend a hand to help, but rather just make you feel like you don't know anything about your job and you should've known how to do it in the first place. The whole team had no sense of accomplishment, good work goes unnoticed and employees are undervalued and underpaid. The free lunch is a joke, food is sub-par, repeated and just not worth the "benefit" they make it seem. Employee turn around is huge, it almost feels like a temp agency.
