A job suited for people that want no respect or dignity in workplace

Managers are nowhere to be found during normal workdays so some activity from employees can be tolerated
Cons
When applying for the job they say its a consulting job but actually its more like call center in daytime so lying right off the bat about the job description. Old employees receive more support than new ones which include more salary, more days to take leave and permission to use personal smartphones inside the office especially the ones in processing department like the two older employees one of them who smokes and drinks and comes late to office all the time. Senior management is unforgiving and fires people even though they want to leave the job in their own wish. There is no corporate contract so the employee phone number is purchased under your own ID like Aadhar or driver licence and not the company's which means that your number can be misused by the company even when if the SIM card or phone is not with you. Stressful job and no way to make friends because everyone has an attitude in this office. They keep saying that they will get a new location with better facility and more space but they have been saying the same thing for the past 4 years apparently. Unknown company acting like they are a multinational company which is annoying. Freshers wont have info about working procedures given to them even if you make mistakes seniors will spit on you and act like they are perfect. Confirmed rumors floating around this company will be shut down like the Madurai branch because of suspected fraud activity. They dont accept real comments about their company all reviews are from fake accounts and from employees that are pressured into writing reviews by the MD of the company.
