      everyone I worked with really cared about the company and our customers, and was really helpful to supporting the clients.

      too many silos, often doing double work because we were using two systems to track customers.

      Christmas dinner party! That's it!

      Cons

      Terrible c-suite execs. CEO is perpetually irate over effort, timeline, and planning. Leadership akin to a 1940's authoritarian regime. You would be working for a toxic, unrewarding company trapped with career land-mines. Over-worked employees, failing business model, abrupt layoffs throughout the year - it's a sinking ship.
