I worked at Cushman & Wakefield full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Good number of PTO days.

    Cons

Little advancement opportunity. Favoritism is rampant and systemic. Questionable/illegal (?) practices regarding disabled employees. Not very diverse.

    Advice to Management

Get your local offices to follow the company culture you are trying to cultivate. Hire new senior management

I have been working at Cushman & Wakefield full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good benefits, decent salaries, has what you need to learn and grow in your career. Theres lots of events and classes offered internally as well.

    Cons

Company might be a little too big, making it difficult to navigate internal departments. 3rd party management always leaves room for a layoff.

    Advice to Management

Make sure everyone is notified of important changes. Maybe consider a place where all notifications that go out are stored so employees can browse everything in one place.

I have been working at Cushman & Wakefield full-time

    Pros

Great learning tools, great people, good support, appreciate work/life balance. Cushman is definitely a great stepping stone for those starting in the industry or those who are already established.

    Cons

Huge pay gap between levels. C&W is great if you can live off the pay in this day and age. Senior positions make 90K-140K, Admin averages 42K-45K, Assistant averages 50K-55K.

    Advice to Management

The work gets sent down the pipe line anyway, so shrink the gap.
