    Very good experience from the beginning of the interview process throughout onboarding and beyond. Colleagues have been nothing but great!

    Pros

    Casual Dress, Being able to work from home, Nice people

    Cons

    Working for this company is an exhausting demoralizing experience. Leadership is self serving, uncaring and deceitful, not to mention blatantly an "all in the family" affair. They label employees team members and tout "we are all in this together." The true definition and more correct meaning "Team" when used by the folks that run this company would be "a group of 2 or more animals used for heavy lifting or pulling." Someone who is part of a team here is used up and then put down and replaced without a second thought. If those on the outside, investors, business partners or potential staff knew what those on the inside know they would run, not walk away.

    Pros

    I have been with Customers Bank for over 3 years, and find that the people are great to work with -- like family. The senior leadership does a great job of keeping employees informed of how we are doing as a company and the vision of what we need to accomplish in order to continue on the path to success.

    Cons

    I really can't think of any to share.

    - CEO and President show genuine concern about the health and welfare of the Bank's team members, especially during the pandemic - Dynamic company that is always challenging legacy processes with the goals of improving with technology and new products/business

    Pros

    Senior Management Team that truly cares about it's Team Members. Customers Bank is a unique organization that prides itself on a Team orientated Culture. Top notch customer service is at the bank's core, but working as a team is more than just a cliche. Open door policy throughout the bank.

    I have been working at Customers Bank full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    The Bank culture is amazing, management is supportive and accessible. Team members are treated like a family not as “just employees”. The Bank ensures everyone has the necessary tools to do their job to best serve our customers and also the tools to grow and advance. Jay Sidhu has been extremely proactive in the Bank’s response to COVID-19 and has made it clear that the health and safety of the Bank’s team members and customers is of the utmost priority. Under Jay’s leadership I have seen so many people grow and advance and we’ve been given so many great opportunities to participate in events that give back to our communities.

    Cons

    There are none, it truly is a great place to work.

    CEO and President who care about his employees, their well beings, and support them each and every way they can. I have been working with some of the great leaders. I have learned a lot from them and expanded my knowledge and continue to do so.

    Through the pandemic this leadership has been proactive, compassionate, transparent and caring of each and every employee. Under more normal times they are open, honest in communication and genuinely care about their employees and customers.
