The CEO is the only one who can bring in revenue because he knows everyone, which shows just how dependent we are on Ky and the founding team. The company is not worth a dime without them. Unfortunately, the business isn’t growing. Cutover constantly changes its strategy, making wild moves for growth without any solid market research to back them up. This lack of direction and consistency makes it hard to feel confident in the company’s future. Overall, it’s a tough environment that stifles innovation and morale.
