Only good for fresher (2 year max.) if you need to learn the lifestyle of corporate. There is a work if there is healthy mind and body.

Never values of their employees. Employees is human not a machine. Example - If super senior is working 10 hrs per day then fresher also need to work 10 hrs per day but theirs income gap is very different. Lack of transparency. It's only written in page. Hybrid mode is not fit for all company and it's not made for company like Cyient. Lack of flexibility even if it's work from home going.

It is a great place to kick start one’s career. Lot of learning options are provided time to time by the Learning and Development team to enhance our skill to match with the futuristic developments and the technological changes. Everyone in this organization treated fairly and equally irrespective of gender, caste, creed and their religions. The fun tat work activities and team building activities brings all together at work. The “Wellness Program” conducted every “Wednesday” plan to keep every body healthy and fit.

I am with Cyient since 14+ years now. Everyday gives me a new learning and experience here. There has been so much learning through my journey with Cyient both personally and professionally. The Cyient working culture is very inclusive with learning, growth, trust, respect and flexibility. Another most adorable aspect is innovation; the management encourages and helps all the employees to be innovative to resolve their problems and improve the work process to make life easy. One of the many things that never ceased to amaze me is the importance given to ValuesFIRST in all we do in #DesigningTomorrowTogether at Cyient. I am proud as a Cyientist!

I work at a client location and my views are purely on that basis 1. Employee performance reviews: Interaction with Cyient Manager is minimal, no interim reviews happen with the Manager during the year on employee performance on quarter basis. Review happens only during the performance review meeting because of this employees wouldn't get much feedback on what employee should focus on to improve performance and also what employees planning on their career in Cyient. 2. Role and career growth: Not sure 3. Mediocre hikes - depends on performance 4. Benefits are not in-line with industry standards (Insurance, Leaves, and Joining Kit)
