Good collab and use of tech

I have been at Ocado for several years now and I can't ever see myself leaving. These are my pros: - Brilliant career opportunities - I've moved product roles several times - Continuous learning and development opportunities - Amazing culture - by the far the friendliest place I have ever worked - Helpful colleagues - it's a large company so there's a lot of collaboration, and everyone is always extremely helpful - Interesting work - Lovely offices - I'm WFH right now, but the offices we do have are great - good coffee, any equipment you need, free toast in some places - 15% discount on Ocado shopping - Annual salary review - There's a really good work-life balance, and we are encouraged to book our annual leave - There has been a big focus on mental health over the last 2 years with plenty of support in that area - Really supportive management - we are one team and they're there to help and support us, not micro manage - Flexibility with working hours - core hours are 10am - 4pm, so you can choose when you work. It's never a problem if you need to take a few hours out in the day either, eg for an appointment
