      Norways most attractive workplace

      Pros

At Norway’s largest bank, DNB, you have vast growth and development opportunities, great work conditions and exceptional benefits such as stock options and a whole lot of after work activities sponsored by DNB (and much more).

      Cons

You might be able to earn more other places, however the environment and other benefits compensates for this. The salary is competetive, but not market leading.

A safe choice, but no future

      Pros

Great place to work if you want to work 9 to 5 doing processing and get a decent wage for it. Some benefits like cabins and discounts. Fantastic co-workers. Lots of optimism and good intentions. Opprotunity to migrate internally.

      Cons

No real room for invention and creativity. Lack of vision and direction. Sub par pension, life insurance and health plans. Working in DNB Bank is like undergoing gender adjustment. You are met by det best intentions and support for your ideas and ambitions. However when passing through the door, you are forced to conform to norm. You will not have the necessary tools, access nor resources needed to excel.
