    Don't have anything negative as such but if I have to answer:

    No insurance for kids

    Please let go such people who are sitting and wasting time and watching Youtube videos and need monitoring and push to deliver their work.

    Good salary and pension plan, private health insurance included. Canteen and well equipped gym on site, flexible hours and possibility of telecommuting.

    Cons

    Some sectors suffer from severe endogamy and people need to be very aligned with management / colleagues to be able to progress.
