In all honestly management does a minimal amount of work when it comes to employee satisfaction. If you end up working there you’ll be sure to realize the insane amount of turnover that this company has. Most of the time SLT “Senior leadership team” will just put emphasis on hiring new employees instead of looking to retain, its gets fairly depressing very quickly. It’s a good time to note that the owner and the direct person who deals with HR, business operations is married to the owner, nothing you say to SLT will be confidential. Processes are a mess, they try to implement an insane amount without taking into account the scale of the company. SLT struggles to make decisions, most of the time it’s a constant round about. Finally, the most unprofessional thing is when you decide to quit. They take it very personally, be prepared to have someone from SLT constantly check your LinkedIn to see where you’ve gone to. For context you do have to sign a non- compete clause before you can start your job. It outlines that you aren’t allowed to work for any competitors, clients or prospects. Even if it’s a prospect, that dosent turn into anything you’re not allowed to work for that company. For the record the owner has gone after a few employees, but it has led to nothing. You’ll see a big trend of ppl leaving but never updating their LinkedIn. Every year when things get slow you’ll see a round of layoffs. To note DRVN Intelligence and StackPros are the same company, they are only different on paper. This review applies to both sides. In my eyes, nothing will change. When you ask yourself and say “fam some of these reviews are bad”, I’d ask that you compare them with the positive views. You’ll be surprised to a majority of them are not even legit. You can definitely tell they were written by management.
