If you are mid-level is a good company to learn with the team as well understand how to grow very fast
Cons
I believe they don't care a lot to keep the seniors in the team. This is bad because in certain time you are learn a little bit or nothing. The salary is mid-level and is not fast to grow.
Advice to Management
Keep some seniors. Create a career path. Innovate in the technology. I don't know if it has changed, but if not I believe this is the main aspects that I recommend.

In general, the autonomy you will have is great. You will have the confidence of all your mates when doing your daily functions.
Cons
Sometimes, it could be difficult to work with the Human Resource area. The culture and values when it comes to the Human Resources area is, sometimes, not an example for the rest of the company.

It would be great to create an enviroment of culture and values together, and asure it would be accomplished by all of the areas of the company.
