Flexible, one can have a good work life balance. Managers here are amazing.. if you are doing well nobody is gonna disturb you. Good perks and benefits. Company offered pay hikes regularly during COVID years (2022-2022), despite the fact that other companies were firing or cutting off salaries. Company is continuously working towards maintaining market corrected salaries, this can be seen from the point when many got interim hikes for market correction. Would highly recommend this to aspirants and I will also try to engage in future. This is a kind of Dream company for IT domain.

Few layers of management makes promotion difficult. This will make one work at the same designation level for many years.
