Pros

They always found me interesting temp roles at good, reputable companies. If I was planning to stay in the area it would have helped me get my foot in the door at some good places.

Cons

There was a 1-2 week gap in between contracts, but this may be normal for temping agencies. They were the only one I worked for.

Pros

Good team members, great social atmosphere.

Cons

No training and professional development opportunities. Terrible management team who do not care about their employees. They throw you under the bus. No women in the leadership team and they treat women poorly in general. No diversity at all.

Social Culture - lots of outside of work hours events. Good office facilities.

Cons

Minimal incentive and rewards for support roles (Marketing, Finance, Admin, HR, IT).

Pros

- Good access to top clients - Some really good recruiters with a tonne of knowledge - No KPI's or stupid metrics (beyond what's necessary)

Cons

- Poor management & leadership - ZERO real training or help beyond bland, corporate videos - ZERO teamwork as everyone is so focused on their own billing - Lack of technical knowledge and interest from team and management

Pros

Collaborative and supportive environment Won't accept average workers with average morale, at least they don't last very long Filled with consultants from international backgrounds and decades of experience Doesn't sell out values for profit Senior management incredibly engaged with all levels off staff

Cons

The Sydney office is new to the market which not for everyone, but it gives an opportunity to grow with the business.
