Resident Assistant Experience
7 Mar 2023 - Resident Assistant (RA) in Chicago, ILRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The benefit of accessible housing in the tuition and a stipend is excellent for the position. Once a month, or every quarter, we have to update our bulletin boards for topics important to the university or the time of year. We're given supplies and decorations for our boards, and I've always enjoyed creating them.
Cons
- Depending on the location of your assigned hall, your routine rounds could vary from 10 to 40 minutes. - The position is currently facing some revisions that make scheduling shifts a little more inconvenient for employees.
