Good Company. Stressful Work
5 Oct 2022 - Account Representative in Houston, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The pay is the biggest pro as you work commission the harder and longer you work the better your results will be. I was bringing in on average 50,000/yr. Another pro is the dental and health coverage as well as 401k for fulltime employees.
Cons
The cons is the amount of work needed to put in, in order to get to 50,000/yr. I would wake up and be at dealerships at 6am to 6pm and was riddled with anxiety needing to be the main contact for GM's running said dealerships if anything went wrong even if it was not my fault. Management rarely dealt with issues in a timely manner and would only make things worse unless it meant nearly losing clients.

Pros
You work alone, company car
Cons
Driving for hours, work outside in every kind of weather, manager has a fit if you go 10 minutes over your 8 hours for the day and if you have overtime, forget it. You'll have to fight tooth and nail to get paid for it. Micromanagement at its worst, getting phone calls and texts every day about little things like a lens flare in a photo, or if a photo isn't framed perfectly. No help or communication over real problems, messages go unanswered for hours but do one thing wrong and they are on it. And if you get laid off? They take your company car and leave you stranded at a random dealership miles away from your home.

- Current Employee, more than 8 years★★★★★
Pros
Senior leadership seems to actually care about employees. Navigating the pandemic was difficult, but they did the best they could to keep people working safely. Mid and upper management team has many people who have been with the company a long time, so there is stability and experience to lean on when needed.
Cons
Pay can fluctuate due to ever changing inventory levels at car dealers. Advancement can be difficult if you are unable to relocate.

Pros
They are crushing competition on quality.

Simple job with some perks but intense pressure and too many factors out of your control
25 Oct 2021 - Field Representative in Central Valley, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
• Simple job: Take photos of cars at dealerships for inventory and promotions • Company car • Company fuel credit card • Hands-on training, shadowing supervisor for a month • Autonomy once training is done • Good communication with supervisor
Cons
• Intense pressure can be overwhelming • You get paid only for each car you photograph regardless of how much time it actually takes you • Poor weather conditions can suddenly cancel multiple work days, without pay • Clients are often uncooperative, resulting in wasted time, with little or no work done, little to no pay • Toxic environments at many client locations • Lots of long-distance travel, sometimes ending with little or no pay • Long days, often 10-12+ hours with no overtime • Company software is outdated, buggy, and difficult to work with, often resulting in wasted time • Hourly pay often ends up far below minimum wage when considering all factors • No upward growth opportunities
